February is not only my favourite month because it is when I was born. (Yes, I am a true Aquarian..even though I don't know what it is supposed to mean). But, I love February even more now as I have finally been able to re-launch this website. I've been working on kokils.com for many many months now. Even though, it was first released back in April 2016, but after talking to some industry 'experts,' I felt that I needed to make some major changes. And as it turned out, it was a lot more work than I had anticipated.
So, what is kokils.com about? Well, I am an artist and like most artists, my intention is to create and create and create more. Through this space, I will share my artwork on a regular basis with people that are interested in my work. I have the heart and soul of an artist and the mind of a hippie (just kidding, but seriously I do). So, as you can imagine I spend 90% of my time thinking about Unicorns (kidding again). Okay, let's get serious for a second. Through this website, I hope to do more and more of what I am good at, passionate about and love to do, making art (which by now I hope you've been able to figure out). I paint and draw almost everyday (unless some annoying admin/ marketing chores kick in, which happens a lot of the time). And I would like to see my work in your home, workplace, personal collection or any space that you have, where you think that my art can elevate the mood.
I am constantly working on updating the site and making changes to any errors that might come up. So, if you come across anything that is confusing or doesn't make sense for whatever reason, then please drop me a line at email@example.com. Any questions, comments or enquiries/ commission work, I would love to hear them from you.
Also, if you are on Instagram, you can follow me @kokilsstudio. I usually post a lot of work in progress photos as well as finished works (warning: you might be overthrown by my expert selfie taking skills). So that's all for now, please keep coming back and check my space. Oh! and don't forget to sign up for the newsletter, there's a subscribe button at the bottom of the page (experts call it the 'footer of the page'). If you subscribe, I will send you free stuff every now and then, for free. ;)
